October 29, 2021 – E5 Institute (E5I) announced today that co-founder Mina Carlson is leaving to focus on personal goals and serving her family.
Co-founder TJ Tison said, “Mina has brought a powerhouse of creativity and solutions for E5I client organizations since 2019, and we will miss her greatly. I’m deeply grateful that she has left us with an abundance of wisdom, and her spirit will always be part of our culture. I’m grateful she is partnering with us in this transition to ensure all clients will continue to receive the top-level service they’ve come to expect from us.”
TJ is grateful for Mina’s inspiration and contributions to E5I. “This organization would not have come into existence without Mina’s vision and energy.” TJ said. “I am a better leader because of her influence and am excited to see what God will do through E5I and in Mina’s new endeavors going forward.”
While the mission of E5I remains the same helping faith-focused organizations and professionals institute learning solutions to mobilize their mission and expand their impact for good and God in the world, the leadership transition brings an opportunity to explore new ways to deliver services. “This is going to be an exciting season of innovation.” TJ said. “Client support and innovation remain our top priorities, and we are committed to maintaining clear communication lines surrounding any adjustments in process or procedures. Anyone who was working directly with Mina will have my full attention and care for their needs.”
The transition for Mina is not one she is pursuing lightly. “My heart is in this organization.” she said, “and I am definitely leaving a part of me behind. But God is leading me to recognize beautiful opportunities that I have to serve my family right now. I have 100 percent confidence in TJ and the E5I team and know they will continue to build on the vision I was privileged to help create.”
TJ said, “We’re excited for Mina and for what’s ahead for the E5 Institute.
